Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 20, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, mobile application, or booking a class with Pilates LLC d/b/a Reform Social Club (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Booking, Cancellation & Attendance Policies

  • Classes must be reserved and prepaid through our online system.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged and forfeiting your session credit.
  • A late cancellation will incur a $15 fee. Failure to show up for a scheduled class (no-show) will result in a $25 charge.
  • We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who repeatedly cancels late or no-shows.

4. Memberships, Class Packs & Auto-Renewals

  • Memberships include 6, 12, or 30 classes per month and are auto-renewing. Your membership starts upon date of first class attendees (“Activation Date”).
  • Memberships require a 2 month minimum commitment, unless otherwise specified. Cancelling a membership requires 30 days written notice via email to hello@reformsocial.club.
  • Drop-ins are purchased as single credits and expire 6 months after date of purchase. 
  • Class bundles are packages of 4, 8, 12, 20 classes and expire 6 months after date of purchase.
  • We may revise pricing and terms with reasonable notice via email or platform updates.

5. Freezes, Transfers & Membership Adjustments

  • Memberships can be frozen for up to two (2) months with proof of maternity or medical necessity.

6. Payment & Billing

  • A valid payment method must be on file at all times.
  • You authorize recurring billing until canceled according to our cancellation policy.
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension, late payment fees or cancellation of your membership.

7. Studio Rules & Code of Conduct

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time and follow the instructions of instructors.
  • Clients who are more than 5 minutes late to class will not be allowed to join and incur a late cancel fee. 
  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from the studio without a refund.
  • Respectful behavior is expected toward staff and other clients at all times.
  • Clients can only record themselves.
  • Beverage amenity: Clients are eligible for 1 complimentary matcha beverage per day. Abuse of this will result in loss of beverage amenity.
  • Sauna amenity: Clients will wear appropriate clothing while in the sauna and will not touch any of the heating / burner components. Abuse of this will result in loss of sauna amenity.

8. Health & Liability

  • By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in physical activity and assume all risks of injury. You must disclose any current injuries to the instructor who has the right to determine if you are fit to participate in the class.
  • Always consult your physician before beginning any new fitness program.
  • We are not liable for injuries sustained unless caused by our gross negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our studios—including videos, images, text, and branding—is owned by Reform Social Club and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

10. Service Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee results, uninterrupted access, or error-free functionality.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reform Social Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and not in a court of law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide advance notice for material changes via email or prominent notice on our website.
